The process of establishing a compliant environment for the Employer, as well as employees, should be approached systematically and with due regard for the specific needs and requirements of the industry, premises, available budget and priorities. It is immensely important to ensure that the implementation is planned for the very specific and unique needs of each client. Since we are predominantly faced with zero to very little compliance and safety awareness on a new site, we need to develop the system so to allow for structured implementation, long-term sustainability but with a strong focus on circumventing or preventing the most pressing, or potentially most-serious, liability and safety requirements.

First priority must always be to save lives first, then avoid injuries, then avoid incidents and lastly to establish a culture of self-maintenance of the most basic of the Safety Management System.
