From our switchboard we can transfer your call to any of our branches, or mobile phones of any of our team members. Should they be unavailable to take your call, we will gladly take a message and make sure they get back to you as soon as possible. Client Service Levels are a very high priority at your head-office, and should you ever feel you are not being treated as the single most important client, please let us know.

 

This allows for the further convenience of getting hold of any one of our other suitably qualified and experienced team members in n moment of crisis or emergency.

 

Our aim is to always be able to deliver on the service we promise and the service you expect from us.

 

 

We are closed on public holidays, and weekends, but even then, should you know the extension of the person you are looking for, you may dial the desired extension 24/7, 365 days a year for a direct connection to either their office numbers, or to their mobile phones which will automatically re-route calls when there is no answer at their office number.

 

Our head-office, and many of our branches and staff close annually during the latter half of December to the and first half of January.

During this period, as is the case on public holidays and over weekends, you could still reach everyone via their direct extension.

Unfortunately, due to address-mining software we no longer offer a online comment option, as we are pestered by SPAM on a daily basis, and we hate it as much as you do.
